JohnWOOLLEYMargaret, John, Elizabeth, Nigel and family would like to take this opportunity of most sincerely thanking all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the very many kind and considerate tokens of sympathy, cards of condolence and generous donations received following the recent sad loss of a much loved husband, dad, grandad and great-grandad. We would most especially like to thank all the care staff at The Leek Agency, The N.H.S Home First Moorlands Team Warfarin Clinic, Dr Board at The Park Medical Centre including Wendy, Jane and team as well as the district nurses. Our grateful thanks also to Paul and all the wonderful staff at S. Sigley & Sons, Cathy White for officiating at the service, Frank Davis for arranging the music and slides and finally to the four grandsons for acting as the bearers.
